President Erdoğan Makes First Post on Turkish Social Media Platform NEXT Sosyal

Ankara, The Gulf Observer: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Monday made his first post on NEXT Sosyal, a newly launched Turkish social media platform.

In his debut message, the President quoted a line from poet Erdem Bayazıt’s work Soon the Day Will Rise: “A flower sprouted between concrete walls.” He then added the phrase, “Are you ready?”

Erdoğan’s post also featured the hashtag “We’re starting,” accompanied by emojis of the Turkish flag, the Earth, and a rocket, signaling the platform’s official launch and his support for homegrown digital initiatives.

The move underscores Ankara’s broader push to promote national technological platforms and enhance Turkey’s digital sovereignty.
