Saudi Foreign Minister Participates in AlUla Panel on Advancing Peace Pathways Between Palestine and Israel

Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan took part in a panel discussion on peace pathways between Palestine and Israel during the Munich Leaders Meeting held in AlUla on Thursday, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The session was also attended by Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa, who joined via video call, and French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noel Barrot.

Discussions focused on the latest developments surrounding the war in Gaza, ongoing efforts to secure a ceasefire, and related international initiatives. Participants underscored the importance of recent declarations by various countries recognizing the State of Palestine as a step toward advancing the two-state solution and ensuring stability in the region.

The panel further highlighted the need to implement international resolutions, alleviate human suffering, and support initiatives facilitating the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.

Attention was also drawn to the High-level International Conference for the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and France, which produced broad international consensus on the necessity of advancing peace, prosperity, and an end to the protracted Palestinian–Israeli conflict.
