Saudi Ambassador Princess Reema Says Saudi-US Relations at Strongest Point in History

Miami, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the United States, Princess Reema bint Bandar, stated that relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States are at their strongest point ever, marked by unprecedented coordination and a deepening strategic partnership between the two nations.
Speaking at the America Business Forum held in Miami on Wednesday, Princess Reema emphasized the Kingdom’s active diplomatic engagement in addressing global challenges in close cooperation with Washington.
“Relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States today are the strongest in their history, witnessing unprecedented coordination that reflects the depth of the strategic partnership between the two countries,” she said.
The ambassador highlighted Saudi Arabia’s mediation efforts in several international crises, noting the Kingdom’s ongoing collaboration with the U.S. to promote peace and stability across multiple regions.
“When the president was elected, one of the tasks we were given was to support the White House and the president with Russia and Ukraine, and many of you will have seen, we hosted emissaries from both countries to have their negotiation in the Kingdom with the United States of America,” Princess Reema explained.
She further noted that Washington not only welcomes Saudi Arabia’s growing diplomatic role but considers it essential to advancing global peace efforts.
“We’ve supported in Syria, in Gaza, we hope to be supporting through to a two-state solution, we hope to be able to resolve Sudan, but nobody can do it without the United States,” she said.
From facilitating dialogue between Russian and Ukrainian representatives to supporting peace initiatives in Syria, Gaza, and Sudan, Princess Reema reaffirmed the Kingdom’s unwavering commitment to working alongside the United States to strengthen regional and global stability.
