Azerbaijan Begins New Phase of Resettlement to Horovlu Village in Jabrayil

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijan has launched a new phase of resettlement to Horovlu village in Jabrayil city, in accordance with the directives of President Ilham Aliyev, the government announced on Monday.
The latest phase includes the relocation of 37 families, totaling 160 individuals, marking continued progress in the country’s program to restore liberated territories and facilitate the return of former residents.
The resettlement initiative forms part of Azerbaijan’s broader efforts to rehabilitate infrastructure, rebuild communities, and ensure sustainable living conditions for families returning to their ancestral lands.
