Arzu Aliyeva and Alena Aliyeva Visit Department for Visually Impaired at Social Rehabilitation Institution

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Arzu Aliyeva, Head of the Baku Media Center, along with Alena Aliyeva, paid a visit to the department for visually impaired individuals at the Shelter and Social Rehabilitation Institution for Vulnerable Groups, operating under the Social Services Agency of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.

During the visit, the guests attended an artistic and musical performance by children receiving treatment at the department. They also toured the facility, familiarizing themselves with its medical, psychological-support, and spatial orientation rooms.

In a gesture of gratitude, the children presented Arzu Aliyeva and Alena Aliyeva with handmade keepsakes, highlighting the positive engagement and supportive environment of the institution.

The visit underscored ongoing efforts to enhance social support and rehabilitation services for vulnerable groups in Azerbaijan.
