President Tokayev Congratulates Vietnam’s CPV General Secretary Tô Lâm on Re-election

Astana, The Gulf Observer: Kazakhstan’s Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Tô Lâm, the Akorda press service said.

In his message, President Tokayev congratulated Tô Lâm on his re-election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The Kazakh leader also wished General Secretary Tô Lâm continued success in implementing initiatives aimed at the progressive development of Vietnam.
