Exhibition Honoring Alisher Navoi Opens in Tashkent

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: An art exhibition titled “Alisher Navoi. Dialogue of Epochs,” marking the 585th anniversary of the birth of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi, has opened at the Gallery of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan.

The exhibition presents around 40 graphic works and paintings created by renowned artist and academician of the Uzbekistan Arts Academy Nikolay Shin. The displayed pieces, including works by the master’s family members, offer a deep artistic interpretation of Alisher Navoi’s personality and spiritual world.

Nikolay Shin is widely recognized for his significant contribution to the development of fine arts in Uzbekistan. In his creative vision, the image of Alisher Navoi is portrayed as a powerful symbol of cultural harmony and spiritual dialogue across epochs.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of cultural and artistic circles, along with media professionals, highlighting the enduring relevance of Alisher Navoi’s legacy in contemporary cultural discourse.
