Oman Customs thwart smuggling of alcoholic beverages

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: Oman Customs has foiled an attempt to smuggle more than 16,000 bottles of alcoholic beverages.

“Al Wajajah port customs thwarted the smuggling of more than 16,000 bottles of alcoholic beverages, which were tightly hidden under the carried goods,” Oman Customs said in a statement.
