UAE President, Malaysian Prime Minister Call for Immediate De-escalation Amid Rising Regional Tensions

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, during which the two leaders discussed the latest developments in the region and the repercussions of escalating military actions that threaten regional and international security and stability.
During the conversation, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim condemned the blatant Iranian attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates and several countries in the region, stressing that the continuation of such attacks undermines both regional and global security and stability.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed appreciation for Malaysia’s supportive stance toward the UAE and its commitment to regional peace and stability.
Both leaders emphasized the urgent need to halt the ongoing escalation and military actions. They underscored the importance of returning to serious dialogue and diplomatic solutions to address outstanding issues and resolve the current crises in a way that safeguards the security and stability of the region.
