South African Envoy Visits Niftysphere Institute of Arts and Design

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: On April 25, 2026 a significant step toward strengthening international cultural ties was marked as Rudolph Pierre Jordaan, Acting High Commissioner of South Africa to Pakistan, paid an official visit to the Niftysphere Institute of Arts and Design.

The visit focused on fostering creative partnerships, promoting cultural exchange, and exploring new avenues of collaboration between the two countries.

Mr. Jordaan was warmly received by Syed Usman Tahir, Advisor to the Federal Minister and Chief Executive Officer of the institute. During his visit, the envoy was given a comprehensive tour of the campus, where he visited various departments and interacted with faculty members and students.

The tour showcased ongoing student projects, innovative design work, and the institute’s contributions to Pakistan’s evolving creative industry landscape.
