UAE, Morocco Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Developments, Bilateral Cooperation

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, held a telephone conversation with Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita to discuss the latest regional developments and their implications for regional and international security and stability.
During the call, the two ministers reviewed the longstanding fraternal relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Morocco and explored ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in support of their shared interests and the prosperity and development of both countries and their peoples.
Sheikh Abdullah and Bourita reaffirmed the importance of enhancing collaboration across various sectors while underscoring the strong partnership and close ties between the two nations.
The UAE foreign minister also congratulated Morocco on the outstanding performance of its national football team during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, currently being hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada, praising the team’s remarkable achievements and successful campaign in the global tournament.
