Sultan Haitham Offers Condolences to Qatar’s Emir Over Passing of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani
Muscat, The Gulf Observer: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman on Tuesday held a telephone conversation with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, to convey his condolences following the passing of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
During the call, Sultan Haitham expressed his heartfelt sympathies to the Emir of Qatar, the Al Thani family, and the people of Qatar over their loss.
His Majesty prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani His infinite mercy and forgiveness, bless him with eternal peace, and admit him into the highest ranks of Paradise.
Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sultan Haitham for his condolences, compassionate support, and the fraternal sentiments extended by the Sultan and the people of Oman.
The telephone conversation reflected the close brotherly relations between Oman and Qatar and underscored the strong bonds of solidarity and mutual support shared by the two Gulf nations during times of bereavement.
