Jordan, Bahrain Leaders Discuss Regional Escalation, Bilateral Ties

Amman, The Gulf Observer: His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain discussed recent regional developments during a telephone call on Thursday.

The two leaders stressed the need to halt the dangerous escalation in the region and explored ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination in support of Arab causes and efforts to achieve regional security and stability, according to a statement from the Jordanian Royal Court.

The call also addressed the deep-rooted fraternal ties between Jordan and Bahrain and ways to further enhance bilateral relations across various sectors.

The leaders reaffirmed the importance of continued coordination and cooperation in addressing regional challenges and promoting peace and stability.
