Hikmet Hajiyev Highlights Ongoing Reconstruction and Revival of Kalbajar

Kalbajar, The Gulf Observer: Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, has highlighted the ongoing reconstruction and revival of Kalbajar under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.

Hajiyev made the remarks while addressing the second Honey Festival held in Kalbajar on September 12.

He said Kalbajar is being rebuilt and revitalised as part of the President’s development policy and is steadily transforming into one of the most beautiful cities in Azerbaijan and beyond.

Hajiyev emphasised that further extensive reconstruction and development work would be carried out in Kalbajar, contributing to the region’s continued revival and prosperity.

He also expressed deep gratitude to the residents of Kalbajar for welcoming diplomats from various countries around the world with the hospitality and warmth traditionally associated with the people of the region.

The official said the participation of international diplomats in the festival and their interaction with local residents reflected the welcoming spirit of Kalbajar and the region’s ongoing process of revival.
