Tajikistan, Russia Pledge to Further Deepen Strategic Partnership

Dushanbe, The Gulf Observer: President of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation on Wednesday.

At the outset of the conversation, President Rahmon sincerely congratulated President Putin on his birthday, conveying wishes for good health, well-being and continued success in his state activities.

The Tajik leader particularly highlighted President Putin’s significant personal contribution to advancing and expanding the strategic partnership between Tajikistan and Russia.

During the friendly conversation, the two presidents expressed confidence that the process of strengthening bilateral relations would continue in the future for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
