Bahrain King’s support for knowledge, creativity highlighted by Speaker

Manama, The Gulf Observer: Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, has lauded the efforts of Bahraini researchers to enrich the Bahraini Library with valuable studies and research, reflecting the Bahraini society’s progress, civilisation and culture, stressing His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s support for knowledge and creativity.

Zainal made the statements while attending a ceremony to inaugurate teacher Ameena Said Al-Saleh’s book on her teaching career, held under the patronage of Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh. Speaker Fawzia Zainal commended the efforts exerted by Ameena Said to compile her book, noting that it is contains valuable information about the author’s unique and rich experience in the field of education, which is among the most important fields of life.

She called on all official bodies and the private sector to support the cultural, intellectual and creative movement, by motivating writers and researchers to increase their production, given the importance of studies and research in advancing societies.
