President of Uzbekistan to visit France

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay an official visit to France on November 21-22 at the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron.

According to the spokesperson for the president, Sherzod Asadov, the program of the visit includes high-level bilateral negotiations in Paris, a meeting at the lower house of the French Parliament – the National Assembly, and business events with the participation of heads of leading companies and banks of France.

Further development of constructive political dialogue, expansion of multilateral cooperation, implementation of investment projects in various sectors of the economy, continuation of active humanitarian and educational exchanges are on the agenda.

Following the summit, it is planned to adopt more than ten important bilateral documents, as well as a set of investment and trade agreements.

It should be noted that on the days of the visit, unique exhibitions dedicated to the rich cultural and historical heritage of Uzbekistan will be opened in the world-famous Louvre Museum and the prestigious Institute of the Arab World in the capital of France.
