Saudi Arabia unveils readiness to host World Expo 2030

Minister of Transport and Logistics Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser emphasized Saudi Arabia’s readiness in the field of transport and logistics to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Minister of Transport and Logistics Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser met Dimitri Kerkentzes, secretary general of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), at his office in Riyadh on Tuesday. During the meeting, Al-Jasser emphasized Saudi Arabia’s readiness in the field of transport and logistics to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

They also reviewed current and future initiatives and projects of the Saudi system in accordance with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman and Kerkentzes reviewed the file of Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the World Expo 2030 during their meeting here on Monday. It is noteworthy that Saudi Arabia launched in October 2021 its bid to host the Expo 2030.
