Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan to enhance collaboration in justice
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan Akbar Toshqulov met with the Minister of Justice of Azerbaijan Fikrat Mammadov, within the framework of the ongoing Third International Legal Forum “Tashkent Law Spring”.
The parties noted with satisfaction that the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan has risen to a qualitatively new level and is enriched with valuable content.
To further strengthen cooperation between the Ministries of Justice of the two countries, a cooperation program for 2023-2024 was signed. It is planned to enhance collaboration to exchange experience in the field of the law constantly, legal expertise of normative legal documents, and the introduction of innovations and ICT in the judicial authorities.
The document reflects the issues of training and advanced training of lawyers and strengthening cooperation by signing memoranda of understanding between the relevant institutions of the two countries in forensic expertise.
