Oman takes part in session of Arab Council for Population and Development
Cairo, The Gulf Observer: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Economy, took part today in the 5th session of the Arab Council for Population and Development, held at the Secretariat General of the Arab League in Cairo.
Oman’s delegation during the meeting was headed by Dr. Nasser Rashid Al Maawali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy.
The meeting discussed a spectrum of topics related to population and development, such as the effects of climate change on populations and demographic transformation, among other topics.
