Dubai, The Gulf Observer: President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the Federal Republic of Nigeria arrived in the country today to attend the 28th Conference of Parties (COP28).
The United Arab Emirates is hosting COP28 at Expo City Dubai from 30th November to 12th December 2023.
