President Tokayev Congratulates Italy on Republic Day

Astana, The Gulf Observer: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended his congratulations to President Sergio Mattarella and the people of Italy on the occasion of the country’s national holiday, Republic Day, media outlets reports with reference to Akorda.

In his congratulatory telegram, President Tokayev highlighted Italy’s significant achievements, stating that the country has “built a solid political and economic foundation and has achieved a high level of the nation’s wellbeing, enjoying undeniable authority on the international stage.”

President Tokayev praised Italy’s role in promoting global stability and security, particularly in its capacity as the G7 presiding country. He emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership between Kazakhstan and Italy, recalling his official visit to Rome with warmth. This visit, he noted, had significantly boosted bilateral interactions and opened new prospects for the partnership.

The Kazakh leader reaffirmed his commitment to continuing joint efforts to ensure the effective implementation of the agreements reached between the two nations. He wished President Mattarella success in his endeavors and extended his best wishes for the well-being and prosperity of the Italian people.
