Abu Dhabi University Takes Center Stage at Quantum Innovation Summit Dubai 2024

The two-day event, organized by Vernewell Academy, concluded today and provided a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration between academia and the burgeoning quantum industry.
The Quantum Innovation Summit aimed to bridge connections between international stakeholders and the local community, fostering collaborative efforts in the field of quantum technology. Dr. Hamad Odhabi, Vice Chancellor for Financial and Administrative Affairs at ADU, delivered the opening remarks, setting the tone for the event. Professor Montasir Qasymeh, Associate Provost for Research, Innovation, and Academic Development at ADU, took the stage as a moderator for the session “Quantum Revolution 2.0: Mastering the Scale-Up Challenge” and participated as a speaker in the “Innovation Growth: Investing in the Quantum Ecosystem” session.
On the second day of the Summit, Professor Montasir delivered a keynote speech titled “Advancing Quantum Connectivity: Qubit Transmission without Refrigeration,” shedding light on groundbreaking advancements in the quantum realm.
