Amir of Qatar meets President of Tanzania
The Amir of Qatar, H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received President of the United Republic of Tanzania, H E Samia Suluhu Hassan.
Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Amir of Qatar H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received at the Amiri Diwan on Tuesday, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, H E Samia Suluhu Hassan, on the occasion of her visit to the country to participate in the World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH).
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them in various fields, in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Chief of Amiri Diwan H E Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry, H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi and from the Tanzanian side, H E Dr Ashatu Kijaji, Minister of Industry, Investment and Trade, and H E Dr Mahadhi Juma Maalim, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to Qatar.
