Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on July 24, extending his heartfelt congratulations to the Uzbek leader on the occasion of his birthday.
