Boat capsizes in Southern Cambodia, 8 dead, 3 missing
Phnom Penh, The Gulf Observer: At least eight people are confirmed dead and three are still missing after a boat with 15 people aboard, including 14 students, capsized on Thursday evening in the Mekong River in Southern Cambodia Kandal Province, a senior police official said on Friday.
