Dubai Crown Prince Endurance Festival Set to Conclude Tomorrow with Prestigious Race

Dubai, The Gulf Observer: The 16th edition of the Dubai Crown Prince Endurance Festival, hosted at the Dubai International Endurance City in Seih Al Salam, is set to conclude on Saturday, 6th January.
Organized by the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club in collaboration with the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation, the festival culminates with the prestigious Dubai Crown Prince Endurance Cup, covering a challenging distance of 119 kilometers. Sponsored by Emaar Properties, the race boasts a substantial total prize of AED1,690,000.
Comprising four races in total, including the earlier Dubai Crown Prince Endurance Race for Ladies, Dubai Crown Prince Endurance Race for Private Stables, and the Yameem Cup for Horses, the festival offers a total prize pool of AED5 million.
Major General Dr. Mohammed Issa Al Adhab, Board Member, and General Manager of the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, emphasized the significance of the main event, the 119 km race, associated with the name of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, a renowned figure in endurance sports with notable global achievements.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan’s impressive track record includes winning the world title in Normandy, France, in 2014, and he remains a prominent force in the world of endurance sports. The festival reflects over 15 years of intense competition among various stables, contributing to the enduring excitement of this annual equestrian spectacle.
