Astana, The Gulf Observer: President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan offered his condolences on the occasion of the fatal Kostenko coal mine accident that shocked Kazakhstan this past weekend, according to media reports.

“I would like to extend my condolences to the families of the miners killed in the incident,” President Erdoğan said at the 10th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Astana.

He vowed the families will get all necessary assistance from the state. The Head of State also ordered to halt investment cooperation with JSC ArcelorMittal Temirtau.
