H.E. Khazar Farhadov Visits Niftysphere Institute, Promotes Cultural and Educational Collaboration

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: On February 22, 2026 His Excellency Khazar Farhadov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, visited the Niftysphere Institute of Arts & Design, engaging with students and faculty while reaffirming support for cultural and educational cooperation between the two countries.

During the visit, Ambassador Khazar Farhadov toured various departments of the institute, where he observed ongoing academic activities and interacted with students. He commended the students for their creativity, dedication, and commitment to excellence in the fields of arts and design.
