Iran and Oman Strengthen Ties with High-Level Talks in Tehran
Tehran, The Gulf Observer: Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi hosted his Omani counterpart, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, for high-level discussions in Tehran on Monday. The Omani delegation, led by Al Busaidi, comprised senior political and economic officials, underscoring the importance of the visit.
The talks focused on enhancing bilateral relations and addressing regional developments, according to Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baghaei. The meeting highlights the enduring partnership between Iran and Oman, which dates back to the establishment of the Sultanate of Oman in the 1970s.
