Kazakhstan wins at World Robot Olympiad 2023

Panama City, The Gulf Observer: Three Kazakh teams made it to the podium of the World Robot Olympiad 2023 held in Panama, according to media reports.

Amir Karabyaev and Ansar Saurbayev of Astana’s Robotech school won silver in the WRO-2023 Future Engineers category. Vagiz Dissembayev and Zhanarys Kaparov, also students of the Robotech schools, grabbed bronze, while Maksim Usoltsev and Dinmukhammed Abdiyev from the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Kyzylorda region also added bronze to the country’s tally in the Future Engineers category.

The World Robot Olympiad 2023 themed this year Connecting the World brought together the most successful and ambitious teams from more than 80 countries of the world. The teams built robots that help build the digital industry’s infrastructure and logistics.
