Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Sets Deadline for Hajj Contracts

Makkah, The Gulf Observer: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that February 14 will be the deadline for Hajj affairs offices in various countries to finalize their contracts for services related to this year’s Hajj season.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the ministry emphasized that all contracts must be completed through the Nusuk Masar platform, which is designated for Hajj pilgrims from abroad.

To ensure the best possible services for pilgrims, the ministry stressed the importance of adhering to regulations set by relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia. These include specific requirements for air and ground transportation services. Additionally, the ministry highlighted the necessity of complying with security, health, and procedural guidelines as stipulated in the Hajj agreement between the ministry and the respective offices in different countries.

After the February 14 deadline, no additional contracts will be accepted, and the quotas for pilgrims from each country will be finalized. Visa issuance will then commence promptly.

The ministry also urged Hajj offices to educate their pilgrims on the importance of following all regulations and instructions related to the Hajj. Pilgrims are reminded to obtain their visas and permits through official channels and ensure that they carry essential identification documents, such as the Nusuk Card, upon arrival in the Kingdom.

This announcement reflects the ministry’s commitment to providing organized and smooth services for the millions of pilgrims who will partake in this year’s Hajj journey.
