Nusuk Platform Introduces New Booking Methods for Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif Visits at Prophet's Mosque

Makkah, The Gulf Observer: The Nusuk platform, managed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, has rolled out two new methods for booking visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah to enhance the pilgrim experience.

The first is an instant booking feature that allows multiple visits to the Rawdah Al-Sharif throughout the year, subject to the mosque’s capacity. The second option is a waitlist system where pilgrims can register if there are no available slots, receiving notifications once a reservation becomes available.

The Nusuk app also enables pilgrims to request permits for Umrah and entry to the Two Holy Mosques, in line with capacity regulations and safety measures. Integrated with Tawakkalna, it verifies applicants’ health statuses and facilitates the booking process for Umrah and visits to the Prophet’s Mosque.

Additionally, Nusuk streamlines visa applications for international pilgrims, offering a simple, accessible electronic process available around the clock. The platform can be downloaded via the App Store and Google Play for users to access Umrah packages and visit programs.
