Yerevan, The Gulf Observer: The prestigious international forum “Yerevan Dialogue 2026” officially convened today, featuring a high-level delegation from Turkmenistan led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmet Gurbanov.

In his formal address to the forum, Deputy Minister Gurbanov detailed Turkmenistan’s strategic efforts to reinforce its energy sector. He emphasized that the nation is undergoing a comprehensive systemic modernization focused on three primary pillars:
