PM Shehbaz Sharif Approves Sitara-e-Khidmat for Nurse Who Saved Infant in PIMS Incident

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the conferment of the Sitara-e-Khidmat on nurse Razia Noreen in recognition of her bravery and dedication during the recent incident at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), where she risked her life to save an infant.
According to an official statement, the Prime Minister has also approved a cash reward of Rs100 million for Nurse Razia Noreen in recognition of her courageous actions.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to Razia Noreen for demonstrating an exceptional sense of responsibility and courage while carrying out her professional duties.
The Prime Minister said the nurse had provided an outstanding example of dedication and bravery by putting her own life at risk to save the child.
“The entire nation, including myself, is proud of Nurse Razia Noreen for risking her life to save the child,” the Prime Minister said, adding that people who demonstrate such commitment to duty could never be praised enough.
The Prime Minister further appreciated the courage and devotion displayed by the nurse, describing her actions as an exemplary demonstration of professional responsibility and selfless service.
