Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, received a delegation led by Valentina Matviyenko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, to discuss inter-parliamentary relations and broader cooperation between the two nations.
