Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and Prime Minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida, held a telephone conversation today, where both leaders expressed mutual satisfaction with the opportunity to discuss key aspects of Turkmen-Japanese cooperation.
