President of Turkmenistan, Türkiye VP discuss mutual investment
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with the Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye and Co-Chair of the Turkmen-Turkish Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, Cevdet Yilmaz, on Wednesday in Ashgabat. During the meeting, the sides discussed mutual investments.
The two sides also discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation, trade and economic activities and policies to increase trade, the vice president announced on social media.
“I hope that our visit will further strengthen our economic, social and cultural relations with Turkmenistan, which are based on the bonds of brotherhood, and I would like to thank Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for his warm hospitality,” Yılmaz said.
Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye arrived in Ashgabat on Tuesday. Within the framework of the visit, Yılmaz attended a meeting of the Turkmen-Turkish Intergovernmental Commission on economic cooperation.
