Saudi Arabia Imposes Mandatory Polio Vaccination Certificate Requirement for Pakistani Travellers
Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Adding to the existing challenges faced by Pakistanis wishing to travel abroad, Saudi Arabia has made it mandatory for travellers from Pakistan to possess a polio vaccination certificate for visiting the Kingdom.
According to new instructions issued by Saudi Arabia’s Civil Aviation Authority, this mandatory requirement applies to travellers from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kenya, Congo, and Mozambique. The directives emphasize that failure to comply will result in legal action, accompanied by severe penalties for violators.
