Saudi Crown Prince Discusses Gaza, Ukraine, and Bilateral Ties in Calls with French and British Leaders

Jeddah, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman received phone calls on Thursday from French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during which they discussed key regional and international developments.
In his conversation with President Macron, the Crown Prince addressed the ongoing situation in Gaza, particularly the resumption of Israeli military operations and efforts to halt the attacks and protect civilians. The French president commended Saudi Arabia’s diplomatic efforts, notably its role in hosting U.S.-Russia dialogue and facilitating talks aimed at resolving the crisis in Ukraine.
Similarly, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer praised Saudi Arabia’s significant role in hosting discussions between the United States and Russia. The two leaders reviewed ongoing efforts to bring about a resolution to the Ukrainian conflict and discussed the security and political implications of developments in the Gaza Strip.
Both calls also covered various aspects of Saudi Arabia’s cooperation with France and the United Kingdom, with an emphasis on strengthening bilateral ties and exploring avenues for further collaboration.
The leaders reaffirmed their commitment to continued diplomatic engagement on pressing global issues and expressed their readiness to enhance cooperation on matters of mutual interest.
