Turkmen President Expected to Visit Azerbaijan, New Cooperation Agreements Planned

Shusha, The Gulf Observer: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is expected to pay an official visit to Azerbaijan, according to Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Gurbanmammet Elyasov.
The announcement was made during the panel session titled “Peacebuilding Mechanisms: Party Diplomacy Amid Global Challenges,” held on the sidelines of the international conference “Regional Contribution to Global Security: Peacebuilding in the South Caucasus” in Shusha.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Elyasov said the forthcoming visit is expected to mark an important step in strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.
He noted that several cooperation documents are scheduled to be signed during the visit, which are anticipated to make a significant contribution to expanding collaboration across various sectors and further advancing relations between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
The ambassador emphasized that the planned agreements would help deepen the strategic partnership between the two countries and create new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.
The anticipated visit reflects the continued commitment of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan to enhancing regional cooperation and fostering stronger political and economic relations.
