Turkmenistan, Pakistan Explore Cooperation in Vocational and Technical Education

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan, Mr. A. Movlamov, held a formal meeting with Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmad, Chairperson of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), in Islamabad.

During the meeting, Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmad provided an in-depth overview of NAVTTC’s mandate, activities, and objectives. She highlighted the Commission’s key role in promoting employability, generating job opportunities, and supporting both individual professionals and educational institutions across Pakistan.

The discussions focused on potential avenues for collaboration between Turkmenistan and Pakistan, including the exchange of best practices, the development of joint capacity-building programs, and the advancement of technical and vocational education in the region.

Both sides agreed to continue constructive dialogue and information sharing to strengthen cooperation in vocational and technical education. They also expressed their commitment to exploring joint projects and programs of mutual benefit, aimed at enhancing skills development and workforce readiness.
