Turkmenistan’s Foreign Ministry Unveils Annual Work Plan for Strengthening International Cooperation

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has announced its Work Plan for the current year, aimed at enhancing cooperation with countries across Europe, the Middle and Near East, Africa, the Asia-Pacific region, and America, as reported by TDH.

Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister, Rashid Meredov, presented the draft plan during a Cabinet meeting. The plan includes measures to organize bilateral visits, political consultations, and meetings, alongside various events to promote interaction. The document is divided into 10 chapters addressing organizational matters, international economic cooperation, legal issues, and digital diplomacy.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the Work Plan, emphasizing the importance of an active foreign policy guided by the principles of peace and goodwill. He reaffirmed Turkmenistan’s commitment to neutrality and international collaboration for the betterment of global well-being.
