UAE President, Egyptian President Hold Talks to Deepen Bilateral Cooperation

El Alamein, The Gulf Observer : UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Egyptian President His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi held talks in El Alamein on Sunday, reaffirming the strong fraternal relations between the United Arab Emirates and Egypt and exploring ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation across various sectors.
The meeting took place during Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s fraternal visit to Egypt, where the two leaders reviewed opportunities to expand collaboration in support of their shared interests and to promote the prosperity and wellbeing of the peoples of both nations.
The discussions also covered a range of regional and international issues of mutual concern, with particular focus on the latest developments in the Middle East and ongoing efforts aimed at addressing regional challenges.
Both leaders underscored the importance of continued consultation and close coordination in light of the evolving regional situation. They reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation to help safeguard regional security, stability, and peace.
Earlier, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi welcomed Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan upon his arrival at El Alamein Airport.
The UAE President was accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Zayed for Good Foundation; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President, along with several ministers and senior officials.
