UAE President Receives Participants of 2026 UN Peace Operations Leadership Workshop
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received participants of the 2026 United Nations Peace Operations Leadership Workshop, hosted by the United Arab Emirates, in the presence of Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
Sheikh Mohamed welcomed the workshop participants to the UAE and wished them success in their meetings and discussions. He expressed hope that the workshop would produce positive outcomes that contribute to strengthening global security and stability.
The UAE President reaffirmed the country’s commitment to cooperation with the United Nations and its efforts to promote peace and security at both regional and international levels.
He stressed that the UAE firmly believes that security and stability are essential foundations for achieving sustainable development and prosperity around the world.
The 2026 United Nations Peace Operations Leadership Workshop brings together senior officials and leaders to exchange expertise and discuss ways to enhance international peace operations and strengthen collective efforts to address security challenges.
