10th Beijing Xiangshan Forum kicks off in Beijing

Beijing, The Gulf Observer: The opening ceremony for the 10th Beijing Xiangshan Forum was held on Monday in the Chinese capital.

Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, delivered a keynote speech on the occasion.

Following the ceremony, first plenary session of the forum was convened under the theme “Major Countries’ Responsibility and Global Security Cooperation.”

The forum is being held from October 29 to 31 at the Beijing International Conference Center.
