Dubai Metro Music Festival Kicks Off with Enchanting Performances Across the City
Dubai, The Gulf Observer: The fourth edition of the Dubai Metro Music Festival, organized by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO), in collaboration with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), officially launched today, transforming the city’s metro stations into vibrant stages for musical excellence.
The festival’s opening day captivated commuters and festival-goers alike with an array of diverse performances, turning routine journeys into extraordinary musical experiences. Musicians from various genres filled metro stations with soulful melodies and energetic beats, creating a lively cultural atmosphere.
Running from 21st to 27th September, the festival brings together 20 innovative musicians from the UAE and around the world. Metro stations including The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, BurJuman, Union, and DMCC will host daily performances from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, offering a unique and immersive experience for passengers.
Featuring a wide range of instruments—from string and percussion to wind and even everyday objects—the festival promises something for every listener. Each day offers fresh performances as musicians rotate between stations, keeping the festival dynamic and exciting for attendees.
