UAE Minister Attends Funeral of Norway’s King Harald V

Oslo, The Gulf Observer: On behalf of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended the funeral of His Majesty King Harald V of Norway in Oslo on Wednesday.

The funeral ceremony was held at Oslo Cathedral in the presence of members of the Norwegian Royal Family, monarchs, heads of state and government, their representatives, senior officials and other dignitaries.

The UAE’s participation in the funeral reflects the longstanding ties of friendship and mutual respect between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Norway.

The attendance also underscored the UAE’s solidarity with the Norwegian Royal Family and people of Norway on the occasion.
