Azerbaijan Army Observes Blue Whale-2024 Exercise
Baku, The Gulf Observer: A delegation from the Azerbaijan Army participated as observers in the “Blue Whale-2024” military exercise, organized by the Turkish Armed Forces in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea, the Ministry of Defense announced.
The large-scale exercise brought together 62 naval and air units from 13 countries, providing a platform to enhance knowledge and skills in underwater defense warfare and joint naval operations.
As part of their observation, the Azerbaijani servicemen gained valuable insights into advanced techniques and coordination strategies employed in complex maritime defense scenarios.
The participation underscores Azerbaijan’s commitment to fostering military cooperation with international partners, particularly within the framework of its strategic alliance with Türkiye.
