Uzbekistan, Belarus FMs Discuss Strategic Cooperation and 2025 Agenda

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart, Maxim Ryzhenkov, as part of a structured bilateral diplomatic dialogue, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan reported.
During the talks, the two sides reviewed key aspects of current cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus, with particular emphasis on strengthening political dialogue, expanding trade and economic collaboration, and deepening humanitarian ties.
Both ministers underscored the importance of enhancing bilateral engagement, with special focus on plans for the upcoming period. “We have a rich agenda for 2025 full of high-level exchanges aimed at serving the best interests of people in both countries,” noted Minister Saidov.
Concluding the meeting, the parties affirmed their mutual commitment to intensifying joint initiatives and promoting practical cooperation in priority areas of mutual interest.
